Day'n Night

Oh hey, look at that. Tasty's music video/mini video thing is out. Curses, now I'm gonna have to figure out which one is which again. Alright, I can do this. So The girl in the video is... dating one of the twins and hanging out with both? Or maybe she's dating one and wants to date the other so she's hanging out with both? OR maybe she can't figure out which one she's dating so she's just dating them both? But it sort of looks like she's playing them so they get beaten up by those gangsters at the end and she gets away scotch free.  This is not a song I would just listen to. I thought the beat was repetitive through the entire song and it was mostly just the beat/song with little lyrics. It was just alright, and I really liked You Know Me way better! The beat was more fun, the dancing was cooler, their outfits were cooler; seriously, those clothes made their dancing look heavy and maybe a little off balance.

Clean Voodoo Dolls

Well VIXX has released a "Clean Version" of Voodoo Doll. It's less creepy, yes, but I don't feel like the story of the song makes sense now and it's just like another KPop video. What made Voodoo Doll different was the creepy feel to it, the bloody, and the morbidness of it. I haven't seen another KPop video that has literally made m skin crawl the first time watching it. Thought I had trouble watching it the first time, I got over the goriness and love the video. We don't get to see the girl tormenting and torturing VIXX, nor do we get to see why VIXX is chained up and slightly demented looking, and we don't get any of the stabbing each other with the skull microphone nightstick thing. Maybe I'll consider this their Dance Version and hope that a practice version still comes out. I'm also a little upset that they had to change the Choreography for live performances so they aren't stabbing each other with that... I'm just gonna call it a Skull Cane., it's not as dramatic now, with members pulling it out of other members and all. Oh well.

Second Tasty Teaser

While we wait for the 28th to arrive, Tasty has another teaser out for us. I really have no idea what to expect for this music video, it almost seems like they're releasing a movie trailer rather than a music video teaser. Here it is.

Happy Birthday Kevin!!!!!

Today is Kevin's birthday!!!!!  Kevin Woo is 22!! This member of U-Kiss is currently the Maknae as well as a vocalist. Known for his pretty face, well-manered temperament, and angelic voice, Kevin is tied with Eli for shortest member in the group. He plays the guitar as well as the piano, he wanted to become a doctor but auditioned to become a singer and obviously we know what happened after that. Kevin wishes he could sing love songs with passion but he feels that he has yet to achieve that goal because he hasn't had his first love yet. We love ya Kevin. Have a good one.

Voodoo VIXX style

Well VIXX, that was creepy, like very much so. The beginning was gross and creepy and painful and dark... I had seen teaser pictures for this MV and I've heard about it but I wasn't expecting this, given the fact that  the last VIXX song I heard was G.R.8.U. That was a cute, fun, song with a creative MV. This MV takes "Keeping KPop Idols Hostage" thing to a new level. Turning them into Voodoo dolls/Voodoo animals is an unacceptable thing to do; fangirls, I don't suggest you do this, it's a bad idea. So, VIXX, When i first saw their debut song, Superhero, I kind of ignored it cause I didn't love it or find myself wanting to listen to it again but then I saw Rock UR Body which was awesome!! and then I saw On and On, Hyde, I loved G.R.8.U, and wasn't a fan of Girls, Why? and Only U was nice to look at but I didn't like the song. With VIXX, for me, it's really a hit or miss; either I love it or I don't. One thing is for sure though, I like N. :) Another thing that is for sure, VIXX likes to be taken prisoner and held captive by women.
Moving on, so after I got over the creepiness of this video I kind of liked the song and the MV grew on me and by the time I finished it, I liked it in a creepy sort of way. I feel a little bad for VIXX, being stuck with that, obviously, crazy girl. Couldn't they have staged a breakout or something? I would have settled for killing her. Yet again, F4fighting! and I do not condone killing but this seems like an appropriate situation, if you ever needed to kill someone, as far as situations go. L, we're looking at you as you murder an innocent bystander cause that is not an appropriate situation.
I think N and Ravi liked that skull stick-knife-thing a little too much. I'm interested to see a live version cause, you know, they can't really stab each other on stage...

Mad, ly, missing you, in love with you, going mad/crazy because of you?

Ha! I called it! Super sad, pretty, and heartbreakingly devastating! High fives for dramajunkie! *high five* Woo. Yeah! Well that was super sad and heartbreaking. I didn't understand it, except I Miss You, and I Love You, crazy and obvious words like that, but wow, very sad and heart wrenching. Let me just quickly cry in a corner before I finish this. It sounded slightly familiar... Kind of like Severely, the whole rock ballad sort of vibe. Very devastating sounding, good job Hongki. There is one thing this group knows how to do, it's put in a completely emotional performance. The music video felt slightly unnecessary cause they were really just standing around singing and playing. Like I'm not sure I understood why there was a little story in it. I totally get that he misses the girl and he's running away from his pain? But why was it in there? It was so short that it hardly seemed needed. Severely had a story, Hello, Hello sort of had a story, I Wish tried to have a story. Other music videos FTISLAND has done kind of had stories to them... and he was running the whole video and then he fell and the girl was there and then they were singing again and the music video ended. It was a very nice sad song. I commend Hongki for having normal hair for once. I really hope a car doesn't come down that tunnel cause all their equipment will be destroyed, and they might get hurt.

Today is your birthday!!! Actually, Jinyoung's...

Guess who turns 22 today!!!! It's Jinyoung's birthday!!!!! Yay! B1A4's Leader is turning 22 today! D'ah, look how cute he is. Well Happy Birthday, Jinyoung. We love B1A4 and we're sad it took us a long time to find them. We are excited for their comeback next year, rumored to be in January, and can't wait to see our boys sing again! Jinyoung is the leader but is not the oldest member of the group, CNU is. He plays the guitar and is the "Dad" of B1A4. We have yet to find a hair color that doesn't look good on him. But that darkwine red he was sporting back a while ago was really nice... I've got a lot of pictures of him but I won't post them all. Probably.

Yeah, this hair color is really nice...

Doom Dada

Alright, TOP has released the Doom Dada MV and it is... interesting. It seems like there are mixed reviews from fans with this song and video, either you love the song and video or you don't. I happen to be in the Don't population. I'm not really sure what to make of it... It's not to the point of G-Draong strange, but G-Dragon could have given him tips for a music video. Man, I hate to say this cause TOP is awesome, but I didn't even like the song. That was really weird. He rapped but the song was mostly instrumental and Doom Dada di da, Doom Dada di ad's for about three minutes. Yeah, I didn't really like it and the strange Caveman/Ape thing was odd. Sorry TOP, I love your voice but this song didn't do it for me.

Who You? Who Me? Who GD?

So G-Dragon gathered 1000 of his fans and made a music video. That's cool. There's nothing super eye-catching or special about this music video apart form the fact that parts of it were taken from the recordings the fans took. It's kind of a cute thoughtful thought; G-Dragon putting on sort of a mini concert for a thousand of his fans and having them appear in his music video. Also, he thanks them all at the end and puts all of their names in the music video. Granted the names are all pretty small but hey, it's a thousand people to fit on that screen and if you zoom in you can pretty much read what the names say.  It's a cute idea where he poses for the cameras and walks around pointing at people and singing and having the crowd sing back to him and he has some cute things written on the ground and the glass. All in all, very normal for a G-Dragon MV...

Madly MV teaser! Woo!

Yeah, we have a teaser for FTISLAND's Madly! And to the teaser I say "That was it?" Seriously, that was a short teaser that gave us nearly nothing. That is very much of a teasers; we hardly even got to see the members. No worries, the MV will come out soon and we can listen to the sad sounding melody in its full miserable glory. No, the song won't be miserable but it will  probably be super pretty and heartbreaking and all of FTISLAND's fans will be sobbing their hearts out in love for their oppas/hyungs. I'm excited to hear the song cause it sounds very soft and completely different from some of my favorite songs by them, Hello Hello or Severely. Very excited. Come on Prima-donnas, I know you're all super excited. The 18th will be here soon!!!

FTISLAND 5th Mini Album

FTISLAND is releasing a new album! Their fifth mini album! I'm not sure of the release date but they have released an opening album teaser. I'm not sure if this is just this really nice melody or if this song will be on the album. But look! Hongki has normal hair! And he's blonde again!!!!!!

So I can't get the video to work so here's the link for the youtube video! The album comes out on the 18th of November, so pretty soon. I'll keep you all up to date on any new info when I hear about it.

Vampire Prosecutor Drama Review

Summary: Min Tae Yeon(Yun Jung Hoon) is a relatively normal prosecutor until he gets into a car accident while chasing a lawyer and one of the people involved, the lawyer he's chasing, bites him, turning him into a vampire. He refuses to live the life of a normal vampire and instead chooses to drink the blood of dead people while living by certain morals. With his best friend, Detective Hwang Soon Bum(Lee Won Jung) and Min Tae Yeon's, newfound vampire abilities, Prosecutor Min works to solve cases and put away criminals who think they are above the law. As he works Prosecutor Min also searches for the vampire who is involved in his sister's disappearance and possible murder. When a case comes up that seems to point to a vampire, Prosecutor Min starts to wonder if it is the same man who was involved in his sister's case. With the help of teammate Yoo Jung In(Lee Young Ah) and intern Choi Dong Man(Kim Joo Young), Prosecutor Min hopes to finally uncover the mystery of his sister and the reason for him becoming a vampire.

Review: This show is interesting. It's different than the other dramas I've watched, but different in a good way. The story intrigued me, as did the hot guy, and though it was kind of creepy to watch, I enjoyed it. The reoccurring cast in this drama is very small so it was easy to keep track of all the members; this also made it so we didn't have to worry about complicated relationships with too many characters. With the cast literally being seven actors large we get to see more character development and character interactions than we would with a large cast.
For the first time I feel the need to mention the director of a drama. Director Kim Byung Soo did a great job at this drama. In every episode there's a slow motions, fast motion fighting scene between Prosecutor Min and one of the villains, it totally rocks. Director Kim did a fantastic job at filming these scenes because they go in and out of slow motion without seeming annoying or jarring.
This is one of those dramas where each episode is a different story, save the last two, but you can't watch them out of order because a small part of Prosecutor Min's background is in each episode.
I also liked how most of the drama we saw what seemed to be the benefits of being a vampire but every once in a while, we saw he struggles he goes through of trying to live normally with humans.
What I didn't like was how no one is able to capture how blood looks and this show is the same. All the shows make it look like water that's been dyed reddish-pink. Blood is so much thicker than that. Also, in one episode the team uncovers a hole in the ground where a serial killer has been keeping his victims for the past seven years. You'd think that if he's been killing people each year for seven years we would see some different levels of decomposer, but no, all the bodies look like they we put there seconds before they were uncovered. This was a smallish problem I had but I quickly got over it.
This drama is not for everyone. I know people won't like the creepiness, the blood, and the dark feel this drama gives off but I happen to like crime dramas so I loved it.
Prosecutor Min's character worked pretty well with the whole vampire idea. His personality is kind of detached from the world but not so much that it's unbelievable. It's pretty funny cause there's an episode where the team has to explain to Prosecutor Min what a Reality Date TV Show is cause he doesn't understand the concept/believe that there are such shows out there. Prosecutor Min also seems to understand that real relationships can't occur between a human and a vampire so he pretty much cuts off physical contact with everyone, unless he is beating them to a bloody pulp, so we really don't get the romance in this drama like we do with most, and it works for it. This drama didn't need romance to make it worth watching. In a lot of dramas it's the relationship between the lead male and lead female that keep the story going but this drama doesn't have it cause it doesn't need it. We get a few small hints at a possible romance but nothing more than a smile or some playful banter.
Vampire Prosecutor is being brought back for a second season!!! I'm super excited to see more of our sexy, eyeliner wearing, vampire prosecutor. I'm also excited to see what they do with his sister. I'm pretty sure she is the only one who could push him to the other side of the law, because where she is concerned his love for her is unconditional, as they showed in the last episode. He'd do anything for her and probably wouldn't notice he was doing wrong because in his eyes she will always be the young girl from seven years ago, rushing into her big brother's arms. This is kind of a scary thought because they say love is blind and his love for her would blind him from his moral sense of duty. I'm intrigued.

Memorable Moment: Because of the nature of this drama, there wasn't a memorable moment.

City Hunter Drama Review

Summary: After South Korea kills 20 of it's 21, accidentally missing one, the special forces men in order to hide an attack they made to North Korea. Years later the sole surviver of the attack raises his dead best friend's son to become a tool for revenge in killing the men who ordered the attack.
Lee Yoon Sung is the boy built for revenge and after training and studying, he manages to get a job that lands him in the Korean Blue House where he is at the perfect potation for finding and attacking the men who made the attack command. With the help of his trusty best friend he starts working to capture and bring to justice those corrupt politicians who killed his father, and that's when he meets Kim Nana and falls in love with her.

Review: This drama was awesome. And it doesn't help that Lee Minho is, well to put it frankly, hot. Yeah, he's smokin' hot. So watching him totally kick the corrupt politicians where it hurts, was awesome. It's worth watching, though the ending left me confused... just a little, and I was pretty ticked in the second to last episode. Also, why do my favorite characters always die? Thank you pretty much every drama I've watched. Let my favorites live for once!!!!

So this is a really short post/review/summary, but the drama is really worth watching, if not for Lee Minho kicking butt and being all hot, then for the story, which is pretty good. And Lee Minho holding a gun covered in sweat and blood is a much welcomed bonus. :)

Rating: 8.5/10

Memorable Moment:
Episode 3!!!
Lee Yoon Sung has many awesome moments but I've decided to pick the moment when I decided he truly was awesome. Episode 3, Yoon Sung has just managed to capture, on video, the evil, terrible, politician Senator Lee confessing his own crime of stealing tax money.  Senator Lee leaves Yoon Sung with his minions and walks away. Yoon Sung waits till Senator Lee is gone to escape. And escape he does complete with slamming people into kitchen appliances and multiple kicks and punches until he runs into a very large man dressed like a chief. (side note: I was a little confused at the chief, like is he one of Senator Lee's minions in disguise? Or maybe he was having a rough day and just wanted to throw Lee Minho around? Maybe Senator Lee was only allowed to have so many minions in suits so one dressed like a chief? I'm still confused by this little detail but I got over it quickly. Whatever, back to the awesomeness about to ensue.) After getting tossed around for a little bit, Yoon Sung grabs the nearest object, a spoon, as the chief grabs the butcher nice nearby. Hmm, to the average eye this would look like Yoon Sung at a disadvantage, but if you've seen any of the Bourne movies, which I have, you'll know that a knife or a gun is no match for a ball pen or a book or a spoon; and Yoon Sung proves that by proceeding to beat the guy with the spoon then sends a flying kick into the man's back that effectively knocks him down. Replay about five times for the full effect. And then remember how to use the replay button when episode 16 rolls around and he's beating a guy with a water bottle.

Flower Boy Next Door Drama Review

Summary:
Go Dok Mi(Park Shin Hye) is a recluse. She hides in her apartment, working as an editor for a publishing company, rarely goes outside unless she has to pick up packages or buy food, and avoids human contact at all lengths possible. She spends her free time looking out her window watching her incredibly attractive neighbor Tae Joon(Kim Jung San). Her other attractive neighbor, Oh Jin Rak(Kim Ji Hoon) spends his spare time noticing her. Jin Rak works as a webtoon artist whose latest project is about a girl who locks herself away from the world and her attractive neighbors, entitled Flower Boy Next Door. Jin Rak has been watching her quietly for three years in hopes that she'd eventually notice him and they're be together, but his plans, and her world, get thrown for a spin when genius game creator Enrique Geum(Yoon Shi Yoon) comes to visit his older cousin, Tae Joon, and catches Dok Mi in the midst of her spying. Enrique then decides to take it upon himself to introduce her to the world. How will she respond?

Review:
I liked this drama, I really did. In fact I loved it till about episode 12, and then it kind of went down hill.  I loved watching Go Dok Mi's develop through this drama; so often do we get characters with little to no layers and in this drama we had many characters with layers. The progress we see with not only Dok Mi's character but Enrique's and even Jin Rak's is wonderful! I loved watching Enrique bring Dok Mi out from under her blanket of comfort. She needed to be made uncomfortable in order to heal and Enrique was perfect for that job. Jin Rak is a great guy be he couldn't do what Enrique did. Watching a girl quietly for three years, hoping she'd notice you, and then you'll live happily ever after with her isn't a realistic dream. Passive is not what Dok Mi needed, she needed someone who tested her limits and pushed her comfort level. After she came out into the world, however, Dok Mi was plagued with what is commonly known as Noble Idiot Syndrome. This near fatal disease infects many lead females and lead males in dramas and, unfortunately, Dok Mi was a perfect candidate for it. *sigh* What could have been if she wasn't infected... I still love Park Shin Hye and she is still my favorite actress, but Yoon Shi Yoon took the spotlight in this drama. He really outdid himself and I absolutely loved him. The range of emotion he portrayed, facial expressions, the physical comedy, Yoon Shi Yoon did a fantastic job, and I'm super excited to see him in his next drama. The last episode sort of made up for the issues I had with the episodes after 12, but I would have liked it if the writers had let the cute ride through the whole drama rather than bring it back in the last episode. I liked the reoccurring themes of mind reading/hearing each other's souls, panda hats, and elephant trainers; they were cute and added to the drama.

I was confused about the plot with Tae Joon and Seo Young... they didn't really seem necessary to the drama and kind of were thrown in there for a few episodes, and then we never heard from them again. Whatever. I did like the little romance between Donghoon and the webtoon boss; that was cute. While I usually hate time lapses in drama, this one didn't bother me too much. I do like how they handled it, much better than some other dramas.
All in all, it was a pretty good drama, I wish some things were different, but I can't really do anything about that now can I?

Rating: 7.5/10

Memorable Moment:
Um... Episode 2!!!!!
This scene literally made me laugh out loud.  So short but so funny.
Jin Rak and Dong Hoon are presenting their webtoon idea to their webtoon editor who starts to become way too invested in the idea alone then tells them to send her episode 1. The reaction Jin Rak and Dong Hoon give is what makes the scene for me. And Dong Hoon's face afterwards.
SMACK!

Queen In Hyun's Man drama review

The smartest of his day, noble born scholar Kim Boong Do(Ji Hyun Woo) is the only survivor of his family, who were all executed five years ago along with his wife, in the Joseon Dynasty. Choi Hee Jin(Yoo In Na), is a failed actress whose career takes off when former lover Han Dong Min(Kim Ji Woo) helps her land the role of Queen In Hyun in a new rising TV Drama. When Kim Boong Do receives a magic talisman that protects him from death by transporting him 300 years into the future, he accidentally meets Choi Hee Jin. Though the first two meetings between the two is less than ideal, she thinks he's a crazy person and he thinks she's a crazy person, the third meeting is a little smoother and because she's a total romantic, Hee Jin starts to fall in love with Boong Do. It doesn't take long for him to return her feelings and the two start on a difficult love story dealing with time, death, the troubles of being a rising star, and the consequences of changing history. It's one of those "love transcends the test of time", "love breaks all bonds", "love conquers all" type dramas.

Review:
SO. MUCH. CUTE!
This is the best Time Travel Drama I've seen so far, sorry Rooftop Prince, sorry Faith (I still love you two!), and while I didn't love the two leads individually, mostly just the female lead, they were wonderful as a couple. Okay, I actually really liked the Lead Male in this drama. A lot. His deadpan tone just cracks me up, his sense of humor is great,  and it's funny to watch him get jealous cause irrational emotions are not programmed into his calculating brain. Yeah, I was totally taken by him, wow. He's a great Male Lead. Two thumbs way up Ji Hyun Woo. (I love that the character keeps his Gat attached to his backpack while walking around Seoul)
Choi Hee Jin is a little ditzy and, without thinking, puts her whole heart and soul into everything she does, especially romance, so she ends up in a few unfortunate situations. She doesn't usually think before she acts which is a funny because Kim Boong Do calculates everything. For coming straight from the Joseon Dynasty, Boong Do catches on pretty quickly to modern day life and that peeved me just a little bit but I got over it early on in the drama. He's super smart, way smarter than her, and it's funny to watch her try and teach him the  "etiquette" of modern day Seoul cause he totally knows she's lying to him but because he's fallen for her, he doesn't care. One of the most romantic dramas I've ever seen, we get the chance to see what a KDrama couple could be like without the hassle of a Third Male Lead, a Third Female Lead, a disapproving parent, and Noble Idiot Syndrome. Is this drama without flaws? No, it has flaws, lots of them; plot flaws, character flaws, villain flaws, but not bad enough to keep me from loving it. Yoo In Na isn't the most convincing actress when it comes to crying, but luckily she only has a real sob session once. We don't get a real villain in this drama unless you count Time or an Evil Magic Talisman. While Boong Do has to deal with a man who wants to see him dead in his time, a King who is his friend but doesn't seem to trust him, and the consequences of misusing the charm meant to protect his life; Hee Jin doesn't have to deal anyone worse than a witchy co-worker.
I've always hated when rain just happens to start at a moment that either pushes two characters together or forces them apart, but I didn't mind in this drama. Actually, I kind of liked it. Bless the rain and the marvels it does.
Rating: 8.5/10

Memorable Moment:
This drama was FILLED with cute, cute telephone booth scenes, cute kiss scenes, cute date scenes, but I'm not going to pick a cute moment to talk about. Why? Cause while all the cute moments were super cute, and this drama produces one of the best kisses I've ever seen, next to Personal Taste's, and we also get one of my favorite OST's, I want to talk about a funny moment. Not one funny moment, but three and a half identical moments; and because the scene is replayed three and a half times, just in different settings, it is memorable.

Episode 6, Episode 8, Episode 11-ish, Episode 16
Jo Soo Kyung, Hee Jin's best friend and manager, decides that she needs to interview the prospective boyfriend, Boong Do. Regular interview questions are asked; Where do you live, what does your father do, where do you go to school, how do you pay for tuition? Boong Do answers honestly, sort of cause everything he tells her is from Joseon times, and Soo Kyung is quickly impressed by how perfect he seems to be.
First time this happened I didn't think anything of it, and then the second time I thought it was humorous, third time it became funny, and then the fourth time it happened while the credits rolled, I was laughing. What makes it funny is that Soo Kyung doesn't remember the other times she interviewed him, but he remembers. Mildly funny humor to give personality to the characters.

The King 2 Hearts Drama Review

Summary: The King 2 Hearts is a drama, (and I do mean a drama in the very sad sense), about a South Korean Prince, Lee Jae Ha(Lee Seung Gi), who falls in love with a North Korean woman, Kim Hang Ah(Ha Ji Won). The drama starts out by introducing a joint collaboration team consisting of members from North and South Korea. The current King, Lee Jae Kang, wants to have peace between North and South Korea and believes that this joint team which, will participate in the WOC (I have no idea what this stands for but it's a huge military strategy "game" between tons of nations), can help that cause along. This particular team consists of: Kim Hang Ah: A female North Korean Military Special Agent. Lee Jae Ha: Prince of South Korea and major playboy, jokester. Eun Shi Kyung: South Korean Officer who is very old fashioned but after becoming a Royal Guard he ends up being Lee Jae Ha's best friend. Rhee Kang Seok: North Korean Military officer who has a hilarious obsession with Girl's Generation, a South Korean Girl Group. Kwan Yong Bae: A North Korean expert Sniper and Marksman, he doesn't look very smart, and he isn't, but I think he's adorable. Yeom Dong Ha: A South Korean Military man who helps the prince try to seduce Hang Ah. The team is disbanded super early on in the drama due to some *ahem* minor trust issues and a fake bullet to the team leader's head; fired by Lee Jae Ha. Guess who was the team leader that he shot at. Yep, Kim Hang Ah. Oops... :/ Luckily we get to see them all together again later in the drama, though not for long enough I think.
After the disbandment of the team, Lee Jae Ha is sent home to the palace where he deals with the fact that he is attracted to North Korean Agent Kim Hang Ah, whom he constantly rejected and then tried to kill. Jae Ha's older brother, King Jae Kang, decides that a marriage between these two would be a great idea. And so the drama really begins. It takes about five episodes but it does begin. The couple goes through many, and I mean MANY, difficulties because he is from South Korea and she is from North Korea but eventually they work it out and end up together. Eun Shi Kyung and Yeom Dong Ha are recruited as Royal Guards and help Lee Jae Ha and Kim Hong Ah through the difficulties. Eun Shi Kyung ends up falling in love with Lee Jae Ha's younger sister, the spunky and wild Princess Lee Jae Shin and she eventually reciprocates his feelings but he's so stiff and old fashioned that he doesn't dare do anything more than admiring her from afar, which is more endearing in this drama than it is frustrating like in most other dramas.

Review:
Wow, this was a really sad drama, made me cry. First drama ever to make me cry., I don't count Jeremy's bus scene in You're Beautiful cause I bawled in that one; bawling is totally different from crying, I swear. And after finishing it I kind of wanted to curl up in a corner and die for a few minutes. It says the genre is: Action, Romance, and Comedy. That's a lie. It wasn't funny, not funny at all. It gave me terrible pain in my heart. I loved it. This drama ruined my life. I was sad for days after I finished it. A drama that gets you invested that deeply is a good drama; however, it is a world of pain. The characters go through so much and you feel so bad for them. Watch this drama. Feel the pain, love  the pain. At first I thought that I didn't like Hang ah as a character, but I realized that she's talking with a North Korean accent and I'm used to listening to Seoul, country, or Busan accents so it just threw me off. She's pretty hard core awesome.

The villain is insane, very good job at coming off as eccentric and just plain psychotic.
I absolutely love that we get to see Lee Seung Gi in a serious drama. The first time I saw him was in My Girlfriend is a Gumiho and he was just silly and funny in that. We see him really play a character who goes through trails and hardships until he's groomed to be the man he is at the end of the drama. His character always had the potential to be Lee Seung Gi does a really good job at this part. It takes a talented actor to be able to play two complete opposite characters. I'm proud of him.
And if I wasn't already smitten with Lee Seung Gi, him playing the piano, which he really can do(!!!), just sealed the deal. Be still my pounding heart. And I love his hands. He'd give the best hugs in the world. I want a hug from Lee Seung Gi...

Most Memorable Moment:
Episode 18:

Hang Ah is being kept as a North Korean Fugitive in a Chinese prison. After Hang Ah threatens to kill the doctor attending to her wounds if he doesn't hand over his cell phone, she contacts Jae Ha. She has just enough time to tell him her location before a guard comes in firing a gun and yelling at her to stop or she's dead. Jae ha wastes no time canceling everything and speeding over to China to retrieve Hang Ah. Jae ha makes a phone call to stop people from leaving the prison till he gets there, but the guards are already making plans to remove her when he is distracted while searching for her. Team Jae ha searches the prison up and down while the head guard stands outside nervously with Jae ha. How much do I love that Young Bae is pretty much tripping over himself in worry over finding her? So sweet.

Hang ah is being held at gunpoint, surrounded by guards when she hears Team Jae ha calling for her. She manages to knock down her captors and scream Jae ha's name before she's gaged and hauled away. Jae ha hears this and bolts in the direction of her cries. He frantically searches the prison until he sees her being dragged out of sight by guards one floor above him. She sees him too and quickly smashes one guard into the wall, knocks another one down, and then kicks the the same guard she just smashed into the wall, in the face. Hang ah takes off when the last standing guard takes aim and shoots. She hits the floor. Jae ha freezes when eh hears the shot and watches as Hang ah falls, then as the blood starts to drip onto the ground below. He stares motionless as she just lays there, bleeding. He's finally spurred into motion by realization that she's likely dead and he stumbles up the stairs with his team close behind. It's painful to watch Jae ha slowly walk towards, his hand on his head, as he's terrified to approach her body, not ready to accept what just happened. He hesitates to kneel beside her and with trembling hands, he turns her over. Her eyes move to look at him and the relief in his is instant. He gasps her name while she gasps in pain. The bullet hit her leg, which caused her to fall. Hang ah ekes out that she's fine and Jae ha just clutches her to himself, completely relieved that she's alive as he cries.

The music is beautiful, the scene is beautiful, especially after watching the pain they both went through. Well played King 2 Hearts, well played. Watch the scene. There is no way to describe the emotion Lee Seung Gi portrays.
