My Love From the Stars Episodes 1&2

My Love Who Came From the Stars/You Came From the Stars/Man From the Stars/You Who Came From the Stars, call this drama whatever you want to but I'm going to call it awesome. Seriously, it is a good thing that this drama has just started and hasn't finished airing cause it seems like the kind of drama I would just sit and watch till it's over. This drama is listed as a Romantic Comedy. Yes!!
We learn a lot in the first two episodes. We learn why Do Min Joon(Kim Soohyun!!) is on Earth. We learn how he has lived since he arrived here. We learn about his abilities; super hearing, speed, sight, ability to stop time, make objects move, maybe telekinesis. We learn that he can't mix spit or blood with humans. We don't learn why he had to stay on Earth(we know a mistake was made but we don't know what that mistake was). We see a hint of how dangerous he could be when he's angry. And we also see the possibility that he fell in love when he first arrived on Earth. Kim Soohyun is doing a really good job, so far, in portraying a 400 year old alien(how long he's been on Earth) who has seen it all and has a rather indifferent taste for humans. His character is hilarious in the way that he doesn't react to much of anything. I love him!
Cheon Song Yi(Jun Jihyun) is an actress, popular but at the same time not popular at all.  She makes a lot of mistakes because she isn't book-smart and fans and anti-fans make fun of her all the time. She tries not to let the comments get to her but no one is made of stone and the comments cut deep. It's a little sad to see her vying for attention whether negative or positive. Not a bad "I need attention!!!" but more of a "Please just notice that I'm here even if you are mean to me", I feel for her; no one wants to be invisible. Another note on people feeling invisible, Se Mi(Yoo In Ah's character) is another one to feel sorry for. She's always second, she's always overlooked by everyone and while she tries to put on a happy face, I *feel bad for her.

Alright, interesting things about this drama. First, I am happy that when Min Joon first arrived on Earth, it seems like he didn't know the language as he hasn't spoken in any of the flashbacks. Thank heavens for that! It would have been so strange to hear him speaking Korean when he first landed. It also seems like he fell in love with the girl he rescued right after he landed. Quick prediction!!!! Min Joon knows he can't mix spit or blood with humans, how does he know this? Is it possible that the girl who he saved, and fell in love with, (she's also nursing a crush on him), maybe she kissed him or he kissed her and that was the mistake he made? While finding out that it's dangerous to mix spit or blood with a human? It ended badly? Hmm? Maybe? Just a food for thought. Sometimes I like to think. I like dramas hat make you think a little. Second, we know from the first episode that Min Joon has the chance to return home, E.T?, because a comet will soon be passing Earth. In three months, after 400 years, he can finally leave Earth; however, he has just re-met the girl from 400 years ago. 12 years ago Min Joon saved a girl who had the face of the girl from 400 years ago and he'd like to meet her again before he leaves. Sad to say that he already met her, Song Yi, he just didn't recognize her.
Oh man, Alien trapped on Earth for 400 years, has a chance to go home in three months, re-meets the girl he fell in love with(?) 400 years ago. What is he going to do?!?!?!?! I love it!!! I haven't been this excited for a drama in a long time. In the first two episodes we get a hint at the type of chemistry the two could have, we get not one but two shower scenes(I will never complain about that), the two leads live next door (how's that for Fate Min Joon?), we also get to see some very beautiful scenes. This is a very beautiful drama and the flashbacks are very well done complete with soft music. I cannot wait for next week. Drama, please don't disappoint me half way through!!!! I am begging you!!!!

*Feelings are subject to change depending on character's future decisions and actions.

Still You

Okay... I could have sworn that the teaser said the 18th of this month which is Wednesday... Okay, it is out today! Music video first then we'll talk about the song. Donghae, wise choice in deciding not to wear that huge hat. Eunhyuk, poor choice in decided to wear Donghae's discarded hat but thank you for realizing your mistake and getting rid of the hat. I liked watching the two of them walk in and out of frames without ever actually encountering each other until the end when they accidentally meet each other all like, "Oh, hey I found you. Hey, I found your hat." It was a very beautifully shot video with Donghae and Eunhyuk walking around London, sitting in cafes, taking pictures, sightseeing; it seemed natural. There really isn't dancing in this video. I'm a little sad but it is nice to see the two of them try something other than dancing.
Song time. The song was pretty and very calm. Donghae has improved in his singing than his earlier days. He was never a bad singing but he has come a long way and if you listen to some of his older songs you can really see a difference. Same sounding voice, just better at the vocal and note range. I'm impressed. The song is very R&B sounding which I usually don't love but I did like the song. I'm impressed. Great job you two!

Donghae & Eunhyuk

Donghae and Eunhyuk are doing a Music Video. Still You will be released this Wednesday and while we don't get much of the song we do hear Donghae sing a little bit at the end of the teaser. Surely there will be some dancing in the MV cause it's Donghae and Eunhyuk but we will have to wait till Wednesday to find out.

Onew's Birthday!!!!

Today is SHINee's clumsy leader's birthday! Onew is turning 24 today.May SHINee continue to be lead under Onew's hilarious leadership? skills. F4fighting! and I both agree that SHINee is a huge part of KPop to us; like one of the best. We love them and we love Onew and everything about him.

The Prime Minister and I/The Prime Minister is Dating episodes 1 and 2

And The Prime Minister and I has started and the first two episodes are out. Well I was interested in this drama for Yoon Shi Yoon and then I saw previews and I thought it looked sort of fun. I'm not sure that I'll mind having Yoon Shi Yoon as the second male lead in this drama cause it's fun to watch Prime Minister Kwan Yul(Lee Beom Soo) and Nam Da Jung(Im Yoona) together. I like contract relationships and marriages cause they're humorous and a nice break for serious dramas. I'm not so wild that the two leads have such a big age gap but I'll probably get over that. First two episodes we get a contract relationship and the prospect at a contract marriage. The writers are moving faster than I thought they would; not that I'm complaining cause we all hate slow writing that goes around in circles for half the drama. I'm very happy that they are going straight into the main plot of the drama without making it seem like they're rushing it.
This drama is fun and light and quirky. I was surprised. I liked it. Da Jung is fun, Prime Minister Kwan is not. They're great together! I will keep watching this drama cause I have yet to hate any of the characters and the plot is light and so is the humor. It doesn't seem like the drama is trying too hard. I'm curious as to how this drama will go with a contract marriage in the future and three children involved. And I love me some Yoon Shi Yoon! So far so good. Can't wait till next week! Especially because You Who Came From the Stars is coming out!!

Reply 1997/Answer Me 1997 Drama Review

Summary: Sung Shi Won(Jung Eun Ji) is a high school student who is at the bottom of the pack and a huge fangirl for the boy group H.O.T, particularly Tony Oppa. Yoon Yoon Jae(Seo In Guk) is Shi Won's next door neighbor and best guy friend since birth. He is also the top of his class and the whole school. The two are so close and comfortable with each other that some have even mistaken them as twins. Kang Joon Hee(Hoya) is Yoon Jae's best friend and second best in the class; he is also really close to Shi Won. Yoon Tae Woong(Song Jong Ho) is a high school teacher and also Yoon Jae's hyung. The four engage in a love square where no one seems to know who is in love with who. Yoon Jae is in love with Shi won but he thinks that Shi Won has a crush on Joon Hee but in reality Joon Hee actually is in love with goon Jae and older brother Tae Woong is the one in love with Shi Won... Shi Won doesn't know who she loves. And who is in love with Yoon Jae? Of course she would be Shi Won's best girl friend Mo Yoo Jung(Shin So Yool). Confusing, right? This drama follows the lives of one group of friends from high school till their high school reunion, explores the meaning of first love and life long friends as well as giving a dump truck load of humor along the way.

Review: First off, the cast did an amazing job at this drama. Also, I liked this drama, I really did. In fact, it helped my love for Infinite grow. But I didn't like how much adult humor was in it. KDramas are pretty clean as far as TV shows go and this is still a pretty clean drama but there's a lot of humor I didn't appreciate in it. I still really liked the drama and I liked the characters and I thought it was super funny. The characters were lovable and funny and the plot wasn't difficult to follow. This drama shows that you don't have to have a super complicated plot to make a good drama. Simple, the life and love of a group of people from their high school days to their adult years. So simple yet so good to watch. It was interesting and so easy to watch. The love triangle wasn't even annoying, neither of them bothered me. The second lead girl, where was she? I loved not having her around! All of the characters were lovable and the relationships were believable. I could seriously watch this drama over and over again.

Rating: 8.5/10

Memorable Moment: Ah. So many. I really have no idea which one to pick. Honestly, I loved the whole drama but I'll pick a moment that I thought was super cute!

Episode 9
Yoon Jae has bought a puppy to give to Shi Won when he confesses to her but Hyung beats him to the punch so Yoon Jae is left with a puppy but he doesn't want a constant reminder of his failed attempt at confessing so he gives the puppy to Joon Hee!!! Joon Hee gets a puppy. Joon Hee gets the puppy named Yoon Jae! Joon Hee: "Yoon Jae(puppy) hung will buy you lots of yummy snacks" Puppy kisses for Joon Hee! Aw. Yoon Jae, human, tells Joon Hee to change the name but Joon Hee replies by saying "No, I like Yoon Jae." It makes em happy that he gets to confess his crush even if they are really talking about a puppy. I loved Joon Hee, he's so cute and my heart aches for him, but at least he gets a puppy!!!!

Just what needs to happen, a KPop star needs to be holding a puppy to make him seem any more cute and lovable.

Pretty Man has started

Alright, I was a little hesitant about this drama cause honestly, I don't like Jang Geun Suk as an actor. I know, I'm sorry! He's fine but I feel like I've only seen him in the bratty, hard to get along with, 'I'm all that and a bag of chips' sort of characters and when I heard that he was playing "the most beautiful man in the world" I sighed. I didn't want to see him in another egotistical role but I like IU. She's cute, she's funny, and she is fine with playing the oddball, crazy and not super popular type of girl. And she can sing. That's always a plus. So while I'm not a fan of Jang Geun Suk, I started it for IU and I was pleasantly surprised. Honestly, I still don't love Jang Geun Suk and I know that he is super popular and people love him, but I don't like his acting style/variety. Again, I know, I'm a terrible person. Please don't hurt me!!! BUT, it was nice to see him have a little fun with his character. His character has such hard emotions and wants nothing but money and to look good, but IU's character can get the inner child out in him, and I like that he isn't so prickly and boring like I found most of his other characters...
Kim Bo Tong, she's adorable. I love her and her personality. She's so cute and she's in love with Dokgo Ma Te, Jang Geun Suk's character which is unfortunate but funny at the same time. Dokgo Mat Te knows he's beautiful and Bo Tong knows she's plain and a little odd so the pairing is interesting. But, I like David Choi(Lee Jang Woo) so much better. Bo Tong and David together are so funny and cute, seriously, they're perfect for each other and I have the feeling that I'm going to spend the entire drama shipping those two cause I could watch an entire drama of them being cute and be happier than a lark. I don't really care about the actual main story in this drama cause I find it rather boring, but Bo Tong makes the drama worth it and when she's with David, I am content to watch all day. That's so bad of me, I know. I'm not super interested in this drama just cause I don't care about the plot but I'll keep watching it and hopefully, *crosses fingers* Bo Tong and David will end up together. What? I know it won't happen but I can hope.

Miracles in December

SM has released EXO's Miracles in December MV.
Yikes, that awkward moment when every member in EXO picks the same meeting place to confess to their loved one, Tao turns back time in hopes that's the girl will make it, and she still doesn't show up so they're all left crying in front of the same building. Except Chen and Baekhyun of course cause they're too busy singing in an ice palace for both music videos; poor guys.
Korean Version: Alright, the song is really pretty and super sad sounding and even if it didn't have the sad video to accompany it you could still understand the rejected feeling of the song. I do get the feeling that SM would really like to do an EXO sub-group with Chen, Baekhyun, and D.O but I also get the feeling that they'd do a lot of ballads and I honestly don't like Ballads. Back to the video. The two videos are very similar with one member switched and a couple of different scenes. I did not understand the whole Lunar eclipse. Was that a bad omen? I know that EXO are aliens and the Solar and Lunar eclipse thing is their thing and they all have powers but I didn't understand why the eclipse was in there. That was just a small thing that confused me.

Chinese Version: Far more sad sounding but this video actually made me laugh. Seriously, D.O has an open can of Reddi Whip sitting on the countertop in front of him; I guess he could use it on the strawberries in the bowl but he just leaves it sitting out when he leaves. Small thing. A rather big problem in this version. Baekhyun. Now I love him so much, he's one of my favorites but, Baekhyun is pronouncing Mandarin like Korean. Now Chen has gotten better in his pronunciation but it isn't perfect yet. Baekhyun's voice is more powerful and fits the song better but I think they should have let Lay sing Baekhyun's parts. Lay plays the piano very well so he could have done that. Or hey, what about Xuimin? He's working on his Mandarin and he's not a bad singer. Just a small thing that a non-Korean non-Chinese speaker noticed, so what would Korean speakers and Mandarin speakers think about Baekhyun's parts? *shrug* Also, Kai should have worn a thicker jacket to keep that puppy warm.

Christmas is coming!

Well EXO is releasing a Christmas MV. The music video comes out on the 5th of this month and they have given us Korean and Chinese version teasers. The teasers are exactly the same except one is in Chinese and the other is in Korean so I'm only going to post one. Here it is. And on a last note. D.O, I'm so happy that your hair is no longer that red-shaved-sides-and-poofy-top-deal. In fact, everyone has really normal hairstyles in this teaser.

Day'n Night

Oh hey, look at that. Tasty's music video/mini video thing is out. Curses, now I'm gonna have to figure out which one is which again. Alright, I can do this. So The girl in the video is... dating one of the twins and hanging out with both? Or maybe she's dating one and wants to date the other so she's hanging out with both? OR maybe she can't figure out which one she's dating so she's just dating them both? But it sort of looks like she's playing them so they get beaten up by those gangsters at the end and she gets away scotch free.  This is not a song I would just listen to. I thought the beat was repetitive through the entire song and it was mostly just the beat/song with little lyrics. It was just alright, and I really liked You Know Me way better! The beat was more fun, the dancing was cooler, their outfits were cooler; seriously, those clothes made their dancing look heavy and maybe a little off balance.

Clean Voodoo Dolls

Well VIXX has released a "Clean Version" of Voodoo Doll. It's less creepy, yes, but I don't feel like the story of the song makes sense now and it's just like another KPop video. What made Voodoo Doll different was the creepy feel to it, the bloody, and the morbidness of it. I haven't seen another KPop video that has literally made m skin crawl the first time watching it. Thought I had trouble watching it the first time, I got over the goriness and love the video. We don't get to see the girl tormenting and torturing VIXX, nor do we get to see why VIXX is chained up and slightly demented looking, and we don't get any of the stabbing each other with the skull microphone nightstick thing. Maybe I'll consider this their Dance Version and hope that a practice version still comes out. I'm also a little upset that they had to change the Choreography for live performances so they aren't stabbing each other with that... I'm just gonna call it a Skull Cane., it's not as dramatic now, with members pulling it out of other members and all. Oh well.

Second Tasty Teaser

While we wait for the 28th to arrive, Tasty has another teaser out for us. I really have no idea what to expect for this music video, it almost seems like they're releasing a movie trailer rather than a music video teaser. Here it is.

Happy Birthday Kevin!!!!!

Today is Kevin's birthday!!!!!  Kevin Woo is 22!! This member of U-Kiss is currently the Maknae as well as a vocalist. Known for his pretty face, well-manered temperament, and angelic voice, Kevin is tied with Eli for shortest member in the group. He plays the guitar as well as the piano, he wanted to become a doctor but auditioned to become a singer and obviously we know what happened after that. Kevin wishes he could sing love songs with passion but he feels that he has yet to achieve that goal because he hasn't had his first love yet. We love ya Kevin. Have a good one.

Voodoo VIXX style

Well VIXX, that was creepy, like very much so. The beginning was gross and creepy and painful and dark... I had seen teaser pictures for this MV and I've heard about it but I wasn't expecting this, given the fact that  the last VIXX song I heard was G.R.8.U. That was a cute, fun, song with a creative MV. This MV takes "Keeping KPop Idols Hostage" thing to a new level. Turning them into Voodoo dolls/Voodoo animals is an unacceptable thing to do; fangirls, I don't suggest you do this, it's a bad idea. So, VIXX, When i first saw their debut song, Superhero, I kind of ignored it cause I didn't love it or find myself wanting to listen to it again but then I saw Rock UR Body which was awesome!! and then I saw On and On, Hyde, I loved G.R.8.U, and wasn't a fan of Girls, Why? and Only U was nice to look at but I didn't like the song. With VIXX, for me, it's really a hit or miss; either I love it or I don't. One thing is for sure though, I like N. :) Another thing that is for sure, VIXX likes to be taken prisoner and held captive by women.
Moving on, so after I got over the creepiness of this video I kind of liked the song and the MV grew on me and by the time I finished it, I liked it in a creepy sort of way. I feel a little bad for VIXX, being stuck with that, obviously, crazy girl. Couldn't they have staged a breakout or something? I would have settled for killing her. Yet again, F4fighting! and I do not condone killing but this seems like an appropriate situation, if you ever needed to kill someone, as far as situations go. L, we're looking at you as you murder an innocent bystander cause that is not an appropriate situation.
I think N and Ravi liked that skull stick-knife-thing a little too much. I'm interested to see a live version cause, you know, they can't really stab each other on stage...

A Tasty Teaser

What? Tasty is coming back? Yes! It's been a while and now we finally have a teaser for a new music video! Day'n Night, I assume that means one of the twins is night while the other is day. The Music Video comes out on the 25th of this month, so we have one week. Cool, cool. Here's the teaser!

Mad, ly, missing you, in love with you, going mad/crazy because of you?

Ha! I called it! Super sad, pretty, and heartbreakingly devastating! High fives for dramajunkie! *high five* Woo. Yeah! Well that was super sad and heartbreaking. I didn't understand it, except I Miss You, and I Love You, crazy and obvious words like that, but wow, very sad and heart wrenching. Let me just quickly cry in a corner before I finish this. It sounded slightly familiar... Kind of like Severely, the whole rock ballad sort of vibe. Very devastating sounding, good job Hongki. There is one thing this group knows how to do, it's put in a completely emotional performance. The music video felt slightly unnecessary cause they were really just standing around singing and playing. Like I'm not sure I understood why there was a little story in it. I totally get that he misses the girl and he's running away from his pain? But why was it in there? It was so short that it hardly seemed needed. Severely had a story, Hello, Hello sort of had a story, I Wish tried to have a story. Other music videos FTISLAND has done kind of had stories to them... and he was running the whole video and then he fell and the girl was there and then they were singing again and the music video ended. It was a very nice sad song. I commend Hongki for having normal hair for once. I really hope a car doesn't come down that tunnel cause all their equipment will be destroyed, and they might get hurt.

Today is your birthday!!! Actually, Jinyoung's...

Guess who turns 22 today!!!! It's Jinyoung's birthday!!!!! Yay! B1A4's Leader is turning 22 today! D'ah, look how cute he is. Well Happy Birthday, Jinyoung. We love B1A4 and we're sad it took us a long time to find them. We are excited for their comeback next year, rumored to be in January, and can't wait to see our boys sing again! Jinyoung is the leader but is not the oldest member of the group, CNU is. He plays the guitar and is the "Dad" of B1A4. We have yet to find a hair color that doesn't look good on him. But that darkwine red he was sporting back a while ago was really nice... I've got a lot of pictures of him but I won't post them all. Probably.

Yeah, this hair color is really nice...

Doom Dada

Alright, TOP has released the Doom Dada MV and it is... interesting. It seems like there are mixed reviews from fans with this song and video, either you love the song and video or you don't. I happen to be in the Don't population. I'm not really sure what to make of it... It's not to the point of G-Draong strange, but G-Dragon could have given him tips for a music video. Man, I hate to say this cause TOP is awesome, but I didn't even like the song. That was really weird. He rapped but the song was mostly instrumental and Doom Dada di da, Doom Dada di ad's for about three minutes. Yeah, I didn't really like it and the strange Caveman/Ape thing was odd. Sorry TOP, I love your voice but this song didn't do it for me.

Who You? Who Me? Who GD?

So G-Dragon gathered 1000 of his fans and made a music video. That's cool. There's nothing super eye-catching or special about this music video apart form the fact that parts of it were taken from the recordings the fans took. It's kind of a cute thoughtful thought; G-Dragon putting on sort of a mini concert for a thousand of his fans and having them appear in his music video. Also, he thanks them all at the end and puts all of their names in the music video. Granted the names are all pretty small but hey, it's a thousand people to fit on that screen and if you zoom in you can pretty much read what the names say.  It's a cute idea where he poses for the cameras and walks around pointing at people and singing and having the crowd sing back to him and he has some cute things written on the ground and the glass. All in all, very normal for a G-Dragon MV...

Madly MV teaser! Woo!

Yeah, we have a teaser for FTISLAND's Madly! And to the teaser I say "That was it?" Seriously, that was a short teaser that gave us nearly nothing. That is very much of a teasers; we hardly even got to see the members. No worries, the MV will come out soon and we can listen to the sad sounding melody in its full miserable glory. No, the song won't be miserable but it will  probably be super pretty and heartbreaking and all of FTISLAND's fans will be sobbing their hearts out in love for their oppas/hyungs. I'm excited to hear the song cause it sounds very soft and completely different from some of my favorite songs by them, Hello Hello or Severely. Very excited. Come on Prima-donnas, I know you're all super excited. The 18th will be here soon!!!

FTISLAND 5th Mini Album

FTISLAND is releasing a new album! Their fifth mini album! I'm not sure of the release date but they have released an opening album teaser. I'm not sure if this is just this really nice melody or if this song will be on the album. But look! Hongki has normal hair! And he's blonde again!!!!!!

So I can't get the video to work so here's the link for the youtube video! The album comes out on the 18th of November, so pretty soon. I'll keep you all up to date on any new info when I hear about it.

Vampire Prosecutor Drama Review

Summary: Min Tae Yeon(Yun Jung Hoon) is a relatively normal prosecutor until he gets into a car accident while chasing a lawyer and one of the people involved, the lawyer he's chasing, bites him, turning him into a vampire. He refuses to live the life of a normal vampire and instead chooses to drink the blood of dead people while living by certain morals. With his best friend, Detective Hwang Soon Bum(Lee Won Jung) and Min Tae Yeon's, newfound vampire abilities, Prosecutor Min works to solve cases and put away criminals who think they are above the law. As he works Prosecutor Min also searches for the vampire who is involved in his sister's disappearance and possible murder. When a case comes up that seems to point to a vampire, Prosecutor Min starts to wonder if it is the same man who was involved in his sister's case. With the help of teammate Yoo Jung In(Lee Young Ah) and intern Choi Dong Man(Kim Joo Young), Prosecutor Min hopes to finally uncover the mystery of his sister and the reason for him becoming a vampire.

Review: This show is interesting. It's different than the other dramas I've watched, but different in a good way. The story intrigued me, as did the hot guy, and though it was kind of creepy to watch, I enjoyed it. The reoccurring cast in this drama is very small so it was easy to keep track of all the members; this also made it so we didn't have to worry about complicated relationships with too many characters. With the cast literally being seven actors large we get to see more character development and character interactions than we would with a large cast.
For the first time I feel the need to mention the director of a drama. Director Kim Byung Soo did a great job at this drama. In every episode there's a slow motions, fast motion fighting scene between Prosecutor Min and one of the villains, it totally rocks. Director Kim did a fantastic job at filming these scenes because they go in and out of slow motion without seeming annoying or jarring.
This is one of those dramas where each episode is a different story, save the last two, but you can't watch them out of order because a small part of Prosecutor Min's background is in each episode.
I also liked how most of the drama we saw what seemed to be the benefits of being a vampire but every once in a while, we saw he struggles he goes through of trying to live normally with humans.
What I didn't like was how no one is able to capture how blood looks and this show is the same. All the shows make it look like water that's been dyed reddish-pink. Blood is so much thicker than that. Also, in one episode the team uncovers a hole in the ground where a serial killer has been keeping his victims for the past seven years. You'd think that if he's been killing people each year for seven years we would see some different levels of decomposer, but no, all the bodies look like they we put there seconds before they were uncovered. This was a smallish problem I had but I quickly got over it.
This drama is not for everyone. I know people won't like the creepiness, the blood, and the dark feel this drama gives off but I happen to like crime dramas so I loved it.
Prosecutor Min's character worked pretty well with the whole vampire idea. His personality is kind of detached from the world but not so much that it's unbelievable. It's pretty funny cause there's an episode where the team has to explain to Prosecutor Min what a Reality Date TV Show is cause he doesn't understand the concept/believe that there are such shows out there. Prosecutor Min also seems to understand that real relationships can't occur between a human and a vampire so he pretty much cuts off physical contact with everyone, unless he is beating them to a bloody pulp, so we really don't get the romance in this drama like we do with most, and it works for it. This drama didn't need romance to make it worth watching. In a lot of dramas it's the relationship between the lead male and lead female that keep the story going but this drama doesn't have it cause it doesn't need it. We get a few small hints at a possible romance but nothing more than a smile or some playful banter.
Vampire Prosecutor is being brought back for a second season!!! I'm super excited to see more of our sexy, eyeliner wearing, vampire prosecutor. I'm also excited to see what they do with his sister. I'm pretty sure she is the only one who could push him to the other side of the law, because where she is concerned his love for her is unconditional, as they showed in the last episode. He'd do anything for her and probably wouldn't notice he was doing wrong because in his eyes she will always be the young girl from seven years ago, rushing into her big brother's arms. This is kind of a scary thought because they say love is blind and his love for her would blind him from his moral sense of duty. I'm intrigued.

Rating: 7/10

City Hunter Drama Review

Lee Yoon Sung is the boy built for revenge and after training and studying, he manages to get a job that lands him in the Korean Blue House where he is at the perfect potation for finding and attacking the men who made the attack command. With the help of his trusty best friend he starts working to capture and bring to justice those corrupt politicians who killed his father, and that's when he meets Kim Nana and falls in love with her.

Review: This drama was awesome. And it doesn't help that Lee Minho is, well to put it frankly, hot. Yeah, he's smokin' hot. So watching him totally kick the corrupt politicians where it hurts, was awesome. It's worth watching, though the ending left me confused... just a little, and I was pretty ticked in the second to last episode. Also, why do my favorite characters always die? Thank you pretty much every drama I've watched. Let my favorites live for once!!!!

So this is a really short post/review/summary, but the drama is really worth watching, if not for Lee Minho kicking butt and being all hot, then for the story, which is pretty good. And Lee Minho holding a gun covered in sweat and blood is a much welcomed bonus. :)

Memorable Moment:
Episode 3!!!
Lee Yoon Sung has many awesome moments but I've decided to pick the moment when I decided he truly was awesome. Episode 3, Yoon Sung has just managed to capture, on video, the evil, terrible, politician Senator Lee confessing his own crime of stealing tax money.  Senator Lee leaves Yoon Sung with his minions and walks away. Yoon Sung waits till Senator Lee is gone to escape. And escape he does complete with slamming people into kitchen appliances and multiple kicks and punches until he runs into a very large man dressed like a chief. (side note: I was a little confused at the chief, like is he one of Senator Lee's minions in disguise? Or maybe he was having a rough day and just wanted to throw Lee Minho around? Maybe Senator Lee was only allowed to have so many minions in suits so one dressed like a chief? I'm still confused by this little detail but I got over it quickly. Whatever, back to the awesomeness about to ensue.) After getting tossed around for a little bit, Yoon Sung grabs the nearest object, a spoon, as the chief grabs the butcher nice nearby. Hmm, to the average eye this would look like Yoon Sung at a disadvantage, but if you've seen any of the Bourne movies, which I have, you'll know that a knife or a gun is no match for a ball pen or a book or a spoon; and Yoon Sung proves that by proceeding to beat the guy with the spoon then sends a flying kick into the man's back that effectively knocks him down. Replay about five times for the full effect. And then remember how to use the replay button when episode 16 rolls around and he's beating a guy with a water bottle.
